Marina, our contact was waiting adjacent to the apartments on time as arranged. The location of Apartments Forum is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the old Roman forum, across the street to the waterfront promenade, and less than 5 minutes to the central pedestrian area and to many restaurants. The apartment is appointed well with all we needed, albeit rather tired, it was great to have a washing machine. We would recommend the apartment from a location and comfort point of view but be . all reviews »
The location of the apartment couldn't be more central. And it is so
well stocked that you could live there for weeks. It had enough towels
and blankets (in the winter it might be cold because I haven't seen
any heaters in the bedrooms). The host was very considerate and
communicated with us in order to set up a meeting place. The lady that
met with us knew little english, but enough. We had to pay cash, either
euro or kuna at check-in, and the check-out was very simple. We were 5
travellers in.
Excellent location, 100 meters from sea, wonderful view to the Forum, in
the center of the Old Town of Zadar. Easy to find a parking nearby and
we did enjoy the town by foot. Very calm. Our children (2 and 5 years)
loved it and did also enjoy the playground.

The lady who showed us our room was very kind and welcoming.
The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, wow!
There was a TV, and en-suite bathroom in the room and a big window overlooking a side street which could be opened. A hair dryer, towels and adapter plug was also provided.
The location is fantastic on a lovely street in the old town, less than a two minute walk to the main square on the old town of Zadar.
The staff were quick in response to any queries we had re the apartment, check-in details etc.
Our group of 12 persons occupy 2 apartments at Grgura Mrganica Street, which is just beside the Roman forum in old town area. Very central location to historical sights, the Riva and main shopping street.
The owners of the apartments are very friendly and prompt in meeting us upon arrival.

and a cold drink...EXCELLENT Location in the city...fabulous apartment,
bright, airy and spacious. Sime helped us tremendously when we had
problems with our car parking but he resolved the issue quickly with
minimum fuss...a very kind and generous person...look forward to a beer
in Melbourne, Sime!.
The location and value for an apartment were good. Forum has apartments
in different locations in town, so you have to plan ahead with the
manager who speaks English. He was very nice. The apartment had a
kitchen, small bath with a washer and air con/ heat. You can walk
anywhere I town or to and from the bus.
The location of the apartment was perfect! It is situated right in the center. The apartment had everything - including washing machine, washing powder, hair dryer, towels etc. The owner and his mother were very helpful and friendly.
The attention from the staff was excellent. We were me off the airport bus and given a tour of the area. The apartment was extremely well equipped, very comfortable and in a very central location.

While the apartment itself was quite satisfactory, the outside is as the confirmation paperwork says "an ordinary building" and by this it means a block of flats. The untidy and dusty entrance way was quite a surprise for us as tourists and not what we have been used to with previous letsbookhotel.com properties. It would be fair to post some external pictures of the apartments.

Nothing at all, best apartment of our stay in Croatia!.
The hostess spoke very little English,but was able to communicate
enough. The bathroom got wet when bathing.

The hot water didn't last too long.
Extremely difficult to communicate with the owner: she is very sweet and
friendly but doesn't speak English. Place is really hard to find!
Tip: it's next to "Caffe Riva".
Parking lot and main entrance is somewhat old and not so good. But apartment itself negates this inconvenience.
