We've stayed in a small but cosy studio for 2. It was neat with a double bed, a small cooker, a kettle and all the kitchen stuff needed. Also we were provided by towels, soap and toilette paper (I clarify this cause it happened to me that not always I've been provided with all this). There was also a very little patio surrounded by the walls of the building but enough to hang clothes and sit there to have some air or smoke.
The person who attended us (it was not the owner) was very kind and hel. all reviews »

We stayed at Taranina street 9: It's a really nice, comfortable place at a quiet but still very central location of the city. We really enjoyed our time, the apartment was fully equipped with everything useful and the temperature was great thanks to the air-conditioning. We absolutely recommend this place to other young couples.
We were only staying for one night, but it really ticked every box.
Close to the bus station as we were leaving Split the morning we left,
extremely helpful and friendly staff. Although we didn't really use
the kitchen, it seemed well equipped.
- Location! 1 min walk to the old city center, fresh fruits market, supermarket and the main port
- WiFi
- Very clean
- Small kitchen with all the necessary things
- the host is very nice and helpful
- quality for the price.
A nice, old, stone Split house. I stayed at the entrance level suit room. It was easy to reach the hotel from Split center. Very close to Riva, Diocletian's Palace and the boat station to the islands (10 min. walking).
Perfect location right next to the Palace and five minutes walk from the beach. Free parking nearby winich the owner emailed us the day before we arrived, perfect!
Small but very cosy room, had everything we needed.
Excellent location in the centre of Split and the extremely friendly woman who met us on the day of our arrival.
Great apartment, close to a little restaurant called Konoba Tinel- the cream of scampi soup was amazing!.
Very close to bus and ferry stations. Also close to old city, supermarket at the corner of the street.
The apartment had all the necessary commodities and the location was very central.
Great location
Nicely furnished and pretty apartment
Friendly greeting by staff.
Location was very good. Vinka was very helpful. It was quiet.
great location, clean, comfortable.
good location.
- Really hard to find a parking place
- No curtain in the shower
- Not easy to find.
Whilst it does say so on the booking so we were not misled, I think air
conditioning, or a fan, would definitely not go amis. It was very hot
when we stayed and I found it difficult to sleep (although this happens
easily with me!).
- the room is located on the ground floor, so the window is overlooking a small patch of land between the walls of the neighbour buildings. It didn't bother us much, though, just a lack of a view
- maybe it's my own mistake, but I didn't find an electricity plug in the corner-kitchen, the nearest plug was next to the bed.
Small refrigirator in the room was very noisy. It was like the sound of a river running in the middle of the room. I couldnt figure out it was coming from the fridge, the first day. Then I unplugged the fridge to get rid of this noise.
Very thin walls and ceilings, bring earplugs and you will sleep just fine!.
Hot water in shower is dangerously hot, burt my foot quite badly, needs to be fixed.
The bed was not very comfortable.
Very small bathroom.
The bed was extremely hard. The sheets were too short and so were the towels.
The photo is misleading - the apartment is on the ground floor, not up the stair.
the drainage of the shower was very poor
water not hot enough after some time.
