We got a nice, clean, big apartment, with a nice balcony. The kitchen was well equipped, with a big refrigerator plus freezer.
Our host was very helpful, but not intrusive at all.
The neighbourhood is quiet, suitable for midday resting as well.
The nearest beach is about 15 minutes walking, several more beaches are about 15 minutes by car.

Nice neighbourhood.
Wifi in the rooms would be nice, although our host offered us to use her own private wifi without asking when she saw our notebook.
Also, a micro and a hairdryer would be useful.
A bit to far from beach, but from the other side most of apartments in Rovinj are located far from beach. We recomed rent a bike or take a short car ride to beach. (90% people do this). No problem to park car by beach.
