  Good location,great outside balcony. The owners were very friendly and arranged airport transfer for our return. The apartment was very spacious. . We had a few problems with the TV, the owners worked really hard to ensure we had a picture. The cleaner who lived down stairs was great, brought us up a jug of wine as a welcome gift, couldn't do egn... what people say » ough to help. Shirt walk to a couple of good pebbly beaches, water warm abd crystal clear - The apartment was spotless and very comfortable and a god size. The location is fantastic only 10 metres from the lagoon. The terrace overlooking the harbour was great to sit and stare.

  Great location. The hotel offers more than enough free parking and it's only a 10 min walk from the city center (old town) and the sea organ which can't be missed. A beach is with-in 200 yards of the back of the hotel and the rooms are very clean and modern and very efficient a/C. Oh and the beds are a dream to lay on.   Very friendly staff, trying to accommodate all your needs. Very clean, good conditions and excellent value for money. Simple but modern furniture. Futuristic bathroom equipment and includes a hairdryer. Excellent breakfast for €6 in a nearby hotel managed by the owner of the villa. A great place to stay in your vacation - I did not check the beach... what people say » but the Zadar town is worth a visit and especially do not miss a visit to the Plitvice Lakes. - The owner was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and nice. He made sure our stay was good and he sent us to the airport at a fairly decent price. The accommodation was very near to the beach, making it very convenient as a place to stay on our last night in Croatia. Facilities provided were a good value for money - we had a terrace, kitchen and decent ensuite bathroom at a good price.

  We didn't stay at the pansion, but by accident we neded up having dinner there the first of our four days in Zadar. And, we had the remaining three dinners there as well even though ít was a 10 minute ride from Zadar. Fantastic place - Everything. A delightful place in a beautiful situation. Charming staff. The restaurant was excellent.

  Great room in a perfect location. Very close to everything you need in Zadar. We especially liked the apartment/suite kitchenette and proximity to the fresh market, which helped us enjoy fresh figs and grapes, homemade olive oil and great Pag cheese for very little money.   Our host was very friendly and helpful. The appartment is clean and in a quiet area yet is only 50 metres from the Sea. Zadar is a lovely city and is only a few km away. - Amazing hosts! Never met people so open and responsive. The apartment is convenient and cosy, very close to the beach.
