  The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning...with the sun and the view).   The owners were very friendly and even though we arrived late (at 3 a.m.!!) because we had car problems, they didn't seem to have a problem with it.   Excellent family run hotel. Clean and friendly. Weather was very cold so electric heaters were supplied in room without asking. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Initially I had poor WiFi but immediately my room was changed to give me full five bars WiFi signal.
