The neighbouring village of Plat is 1 km away and features a popular sandy beach and a tennis court. Jet ski rental is possible in Plat, and you can also arrange various short trips and excursions with local boat owners. Dubrovnik Airport is just 8 km away.

Apartments Lira was an amazing place!! The view was outstanding!! We could sit on the balcony for ever, just looking at the beautiful see, boats, With a glass of wine or two..Still dreaming of it!! We stayed there 2 Nights in October 2013 on Our motorbike trip around Croatia and Montengero. Perfect location to visit Dubrovnik. NB! If you are travelling off-season and need to use the local busses, they are not going very frequently that time of year. Take a taxi instead.The Apartments also have.
all reviews » We have spent one night there on 21st June 2013 with a friend and everything was just perfect! We had a 2 rooms appartments with 2 balconies with an incredible view on the see. The owner is really kind and helpful. She offered us something to drink at our arrival. The appartment is clean and big for only 30euros!!! A small private beach with wonderfull transparent see is just several steps under the appartment. The place is very calm for people wanting to stay far from croaded beaches. This is. LOVED everything!!!! Jelena and her family are the best owners ever!!! Fantastic sea view from the balcony, cosy and comfortable room and amazing surroundings!! If you are looking for a quiet and picturesque place not crowded with tourists- Lira is absolutely second to none. Dubrovnik is just 15 minutes bus drive away. Our hosts went above and beyond our requirements, maintaining the apartment in our absence and changing our towels and bed sheets daily. If you like privacy, away from noisy tourists, the fantastic, friendly host (family), the stay in country-side with marvelous view to the sea, but not far from Dubrovnik, then this apartment is for you!
