  It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly. We did have to walk (5 mins) from the old town gate as cars cannot drive up to the hotel, but this added to the charm. - ... what people say » It's location was perfect.   Up market !! - Location was perfect, being directly outside Old Town. Being so close toPile Gate also meant that it was a very short walk to the hotel aftergetting off the bus from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly -the lady who checked me in remembered my name throughout my stay and wasvery helpful!

  The owner, Igor was very nice. He waited us in front of the door and helped us to pick up the luggages to the apartment. He introduced good place for us to visit. The warmest thing was he provided us the wine which was made by himself(or family) for drink. Despite we don't drink, but we were grateful for his hostipality. We certainly will stay in ... what people say » this apartment if we come back to Dubronvik. - The owner Igor was very nice and helpful. He helped us to book the car from the airport to the apartment, vice vera. He also helped us to pick up the luggages. The view was fantastic, just like the picture from letsbookhotel.com. Room was spacious. We love the balcony and had our breakfast there. We will book this apartment again when we come back.

  First of all location is perfect! Very clean and Owner is very helpful. Suitable to go to the Old Town by bus and to return. 10 minutes walking and you are on the beach. Apartments are very good equipped. They even have washing machine, iron... New furniture. Owners family makes wine, you have to try their red wine "Providenca", the best red wine I ever tasted. Good restaurant ne - First, the extremely friendly and helpful owner Niksa. Over and above any expectations. Free parking, fee wifi, beautiful view over harbour, local shops and restaurants Tourist information next door and a bar with its own small jetty with parasole covered seating next door to that. But most of all, so close to Dubrovnik old city. We used the bus, which is always very crowded, to go there. But the price of the apartment is so reasonable that you can afford a taxi in and out of the city each day.
