  This is most definitely a first class 5 star hotel from the moment of pickup from airport. The hotel is a designers dream no detail too small for them. Open spaces yet a feeling of intimacy. Fabulous room with small balcony and big view. Plenty of good food places in town too. Indoor outdoor swimming pool, outdoor lunch - The location is magnificent. The beds are very comfortable and enormous. Every room has a sea view which is spectacular. Simply adored the courtesy vaporetta that shuttles between the hotel and the old harbour in Dubrovnik every hour.

  The hotel is located away from the craziness of Old Town Dubrovnik, so it is quiet and peaceful. The design of the hotel is well-thought out, and much attention has been paid to making it pleasing to the eye. Everything is done tastefully, and the place is sparkling clean. It was too cool to try the pool, but it looked like a relaxing paradise. - The hotel is beautiful. We had the room overlooking the pool (#12). Very private and no street noise whatsoever. The common areas are comfortable but generally deserted as you might expect in a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. The concierge, Deni, was extremely nice and helped make our stay there unforgettable. She arranged for bag lunches to be ready for us when we took an early day trip to Montenegro, and next day arranged a very good deal on a rental car which made for a spectacular day.

The highlight was his 100-year-old mama tu - Turtle apartments are unbelievable....Tihomir,the host,is one of the nicest people I I met in my life (53 yrs old....)The apartments are directly in front of a main tower of the ancient city and a short walk to two entrance gates as well as the cable car .The turtles are real and beautiful.Tihomir welcomes you with fresh orange and elderflower juice and treats you to fresh produce his brother sends from Zagreb.I cannot recommend the apartments highly enough.So far I have stayed in 9 other place

The other thing is that the owners , Lucijiana & her husband are very very warm and welcoming. - The apartment is really, really clean and beautifully decorated with the owner's taste. Everything is new and renovated very conveniently. And also very close to the beach and the Old Town. They do have a parking lot and also there are little supermarkets around there. The owner is very friendly and nice person. She cares everything even our laundry. She is open-minded so we could cook our Korean food which might be a bit stronger smell than European one.   Excellent service. Our host picked us up at the bus station at 4am in the morning after our flight was delayed and diverted to Split with a 3 1/2 hour bus ride to Dubrovnik. You only need to walk some steps to the main entrance of the Old Town and the Pile Gate. It´s also not a problem to walk to the Cable Car Station, where the busses go to Cavtat and to the airport.
