  We booked studio apartment but got the big 2 bed apt as it was free and the host was so kind to offer us a free upgrade ;) Apt was really nice with lovely sitting room/kitchen area, in the center of Old Town. The location was perfect, charming and unforgettable, few steps away from the main square but very quiet. All necessary stuff was in the ap... what people say » t, kitchen was well equipped, no problems with hot water or air con, big flat-screen tv - would be great for a family or a group of friends. - Location was quiet but not far from everything. Steps could be difficult for older folk, however the owner was there to help with our cases. The room and facilities were clean and inviting and added to our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble.

  Excellent location: 5 min walk from the south old town door and from a very nice sand beach. Nice sea views from the terrace. Kind personal who let us park our car in their place. They contacted us by mail to provide very clear information explaining how to get there. Without doubt, I would repeat. A very nice big balcony with a lot of nice flowers. The owner is very helpfull. It has a small kitchen and airco.
