Family House Fascination was perfect for us. Nora was a lovely host. Friendly, happy and always helpful. She was always available. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The kiwi fruit covered courtyard and terrace were just magic when we came home from a very hot days exploring. Our courtyard opened onto a stairway with lots of people walking past. Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR). The apartment facilities are excellent!: it's well decorated and equipped. Beds are very good. It has an amazing view, and is very well located: 15 minutes walk to the port, less than 100 meters from the bus stop which will take you to the Old City. Personal is friendly and helpfull.

+ Location is perfect. Close to the old town but with free parking space. We walked to the old town center in only 10 minutes with our little son. The walk to the center is almost complete flat leveled, so no hill climbing. My 85 year old mother could do it in 15 minutes.

We were at Sumetska 8 at Ana's place. + A lovely host, very friendly, with a lot of useful tips of what to do and see. + The apartmant is very clean, modern and has an amazing view from the terrace. + It's about a 15 minutes walk to the old town, really lots of steps, there is also a bus, but we always made the trip by feet - downstairs and upstairs. There is just a quiet noise from the road to hear, good air - no exhaust gas

The apartment was well situated - close to the sea for a swim and Lapad restaurants plus on a good bus route to the old town. It was great to escape the hustle and bustle of the old town, go for a swim and then relax on the apartment's private terrace with a glass of wine. Ada is very friendly and accommodating and the apartment was spotless. -

Beautiful location, quiet, clean, directly located at the beach, only a
few minutes walk to a pedestrian area with many nice places to eat and
to drink (and also supermarket and dm market), bus stop to town in front
of the house (about 10 minutes with bus to town). We spend our holidays
here since 4 years and we will definitively come back.
