The owner, Cvetka, is extremely nice and helpful and full of positive surprises. The place itself is very very clean.
The location! A small but quite nice beach is right behind the big hotel on the other side of the street, a good bakery is 2 minutes away, supermarket Konzum is about a 7-minutes walk away, the old town is about a 15-minute walk away. When we arrived, Cvetka allowed us to check in earlier than our check-in time. She's really friendly and warm. The room was cleaned and our towels were changed everyday. The location is near to both old town and Gruz port (10 minutes walk to each place). And it's near to the bus stop that takes you to Lapad and Babin kuk. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Dubrovnik.
It was a pleasure to stay at Cvetka's place. She is such a wonderful person. We arrived in late night and she met us with a welcome drink, and showed us the places to go ni Dubrovnik. Our room had a great sea view and is 5 - 10 minutes away from a beach. To conclude, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend her place.
Extremely nice experience, charming villa in beautiful garden with wonderful view of the bay and the horizon. Old city nearby (15 min walk). Very pleasant lady running the place. I am longing to come back.
