The manager Nina was fantastic. Great communication beforehand and extremely helpful when we were there. As for the apartment, wow, we were really impressed! I have gone to Dubrovnik several times since childhood and this was by far the best place I have stayed. The room was beautifully decorated with some lovely touches like original stone walls, lovely lamps etc. It was romantic yet at the same time very modernm simple and clean, and the bathroom was great. As for the location, we couldn't ha.
all reviews » The apartment is beautiful. It is compact but full of everything you could need and is immaculately furnished. We loved the styling and everything is spotlessly clean. True luxury. Nina is an absolute gem - so helpful and warm and friendly. We had excellent communications from her right from the moment we booked. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this apartment again. The location is excellent, right in the heart of things in the old town but in a quiet location. Most importantly it is in. An excellent trip. Zoro apartments are very nice. Can't fault the location. Staff were brilliant. Milk & orange juice in the fridge on arrival. Wine & chocolates as a gift too. It was my boyfriends birthday & they left us suprise cake in the fridge. Room was beautiful. Dubrovnik old town is stunning with lots of museums & churches. Good food & drink to be had. The city is unbelievably clean. Easy access to & from the airport. An excellent location. This apartment is well-appointed and immaculate. Nina was so helpful in every respect, including arranging transfers for us and checking ferry schedules. The beds are really comfortable and as the apartment was tucked in a quiet corner of the old town, we could sleep with the windows open (rather than put on the airconditioner). We'll be staying here again when we revisit Dubrovnik. The hostess was wonderful, warm, and friendly. While it is inside the walls of the old city, it is a great location and very quiet. By keeping some of the old castle wall exposed in the room, the room was both modern and felt like we were sleeping in a castle. The room was small, but we would call it "cozy.". The booking process was really easy and Nina the lovely owner was polite and kind to us during our stay - we felt she made the welcome to Dubrovnik just right. The room was light and clean within the walls yet a big plus is it is away from the noise and foot traffic of this busy city during the high season. Spotlessly clean apartment was bright and modern and made good use of limited space. Perfect central but quiet location in the Old Town. Welcome drinks and chocolates were a lovely touch. Dubrovnik is an amazing city, our accommodation was in a fantastic position with no steep steps to the premises. We had previously notified Nina that we were a mature couple so she put us on the lower floor, one flight of stairs. The location of the hotel was perfect in the old city of Dubrovnik. It's centrally situated, but ti's still very quiet in the alley where you can find the hotel. The staff gave good restaurant recommendations. We liked everything! Attic room was a little small for 2 tall people but very cosy. Nothing!. There was some confusion over payment and the amount owed. The rooms are a bit over-priced, even during the shoulder season. Nothing at all. Although beautifully fitted out bedroom and bathroom, the room would have been fairly small for a longer stay. However would choose again. Only bad thing was room was very small but we didn't mind. Room was very small (but to be expected in a very old town) Could be tricky with luggage on higher floors. Bed was a little squeaky. Nothing. Was perfect. Room is quite small but this is not really a problem as the old town is so nice that you are not going to spend time inside!. None. Stairs,but that's apartments in old Dubrovnik. Kinda hard to find. Nothing. The appartment was not very clean. Considering the high Price I was expecting a larger and cleaner room.
