This was certainly the nicest places we stayed in our last month of travels. The room was spotless, the location was perfect, not right in the fray but close enough for easy access, the views and privacy could not have been better and our hostess was extraordinary. Highly recommend!.
Location. Terraces look so much on the sea and the Old Town, that you can almost jump into the sea. Priceless.
Host is great. Enthusiastic and lovely. Welcome drink. Safe parking (if you can fit the car :D)

Maria our host was excellent and very friendly. She allowed us to use the balcony of the second apartment as it was not in use. The views were unbeatable and the apartment was well equipped. Also had good wifi connection.
Excellent location. A few minutes walk for a swim at rock and beach. Good location for walking both to Old City and Babin Kuk.

The two bedroom apartment was very good. We stayed in that. The one bedroom apartment was much nicer but we were two couples travelling together. The view was lovely.
Bathroom was newly fitted. The apartment had a large living/dining room. The sheets on the bed smelled fabulous! Everything was very clean.
Beach. But it's my bad, I am not a big fan of Croatian dangerous rocky, or hot, crowded "sandy" (peebled) beaches. Others were okay with it.
As you see what I didn't really like about the apartment has nothing to do with 'actually' the apartment/ hosts/ place, so believe me, it's a great place.
Ok, the location is perfect for beach lovers, but the Old Town is a good 20 minute walk. But endurable, believe me. And great views during the hike.

Wicker armchairs not very comfortable.
If travellers have a large car it is very hard to reverse out of a very long lane way. There is only one car space that can be driven into but has to be reversed out of. This property is close to the Casino but nothing else. There is a Convenience store about 800 meters uphill away. About a Kilometer also uphill to the main road to hale a Taxi which takes about 5 minutes to get to the main part of Dubrovnik.
There was not sufficient hot water for 2 people to shower. The "free parking" was parking on the street a few blocks away. The 1 bedroom had 2 single beds - the only double was the pull out couch. The sea view was from one side of the terrace only; not the rooms. I would not stay here again.
