As usual it has been nice to be back one again to the Radisson Costa Rica where I feel part of the family :-) They are so kind and focus of Customer Service which it is great and the BEST! Thanks to them I was advised after so many days of work to go to relax at the hot springs of Tabacon and it was the best experienced ever. Once again guys thanks so much and you will see me very soon again.

Radisson became my favourite breakfast place. Nice pool area. Brilliant transfer service. Drivers are very helpful. Great cultural town, extremely friendly people. Pacific and Caribbean coasts are close enough for a drive. Mountains full of natural beauty, and wildlife. Trip to volcanos is a must!. Amazing cheap last minute deal, nice rooms, good buffet breakfast, nice restaurant (very good dinner which was only slightly overpriced). We liked almost everything, friendly staff, clean and large room (on the 4th floor). Carlos in the restaurant we liked most :). Comfort as expected from a Luxury Hotel - Rooms spaceous and cousy - will definitely return on BIZ to this Hotel. Staff helped me hiring some tours after the tour agent let me down. Nice staff. Nice staff and good food. Also theres a great Casino. Food from restaurant was good but overpriced. The housekeeping could take more care about the bathroom cleaning. Nothing else. The city is somewhat chaotic with terrible traffic. The streets are randomly laid out. Need dedicated gps for Costa Rica, addresses are very hard to find. no plug in bathtub so couldn't take bath, hot tub had horrible smell but staff drained it immediately and scrubbed it clean upon complaint. Location not as bad as others imply - 15 minute walk to city centre and only 2-3 minute taxi ride. No compliants at all.... Bathrooms needed updating. A couple of front desk clerks,lack of training and client service. Shower( water will change temperature, cold and hot) . Access to the health club. The receptionist at the health club not the most friendly. Guest should be advised the need to have your own lock to use the lockers of the health club. Did not get to use it. Nothing. Only problem was we had to switch rooms late in the evening, due to an ant infestation in our room, no help was offered with the bags and no compensation. It was also very noisy in the morning. Hotel location. Only 3 TV channels in English. Hotel guest rooms are spread out on 2 floors....a 5-minutes walk from lobby to my room. the breakfast was only ok. Noise of water pump in garden made me move rooms. I got upgraded, but then toilet did not flush. Had to be repaired. Noise of music day and night in halls made me call four times to reception to turn it off Noise in restaurant from weights being dropped in the Gym Streets taxi's not available in front of the hotel, you have to walk on the street to get a regular taxi at a decent price. The hotel is really decadent. It's clear its golden years have gone. Taking a hot shower was an adventure: water was on and off in unstable temperatures. It was a nightmare. Room decoration was really tacky. This hotel is kind of old and need some renovation. Some parts of this hotel smells bad and the design is awfull (to many different styles). Breakfast is just the mimimum you need. We won't be coming back. We had some hairs in the bathroom and the carpet was dirty as well! Very small window! Staff didn't even explain on check-in at what time was breakfast! Nobody carried our luggage. We are very disapointed of everything and would never go back, fir this prixe you defenetly have better options!.
