Wish we could have stayed longer at this hotel. We got a great price on booking and had an earlier stay in San Jose and wish we could have stayed several days because it was so comfortable and clean. Easily able to walk to a supermarket and restaurant and shops nearby. They also have a shuttle to the airport. It is an airport hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. The employees went out of there way to accommodate our needs. They gave us directions and if they did not know they would find out. We extended our stay and are coming back to hotel before we fly out. Breakfast was outstanding too.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff all around, cleanliness, well looked after ,good location, nice linen. Coffee and sweets available for guests. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. We only stayed one night as we were only in San Jose a day early to catch a cruise. Very good value we would stay again given the opportunity. exellent hotel, room beyond any expectation, kleen, biutiful,we enjoy to be there, even for a short time. near the aeroport but worthy to stay in this hotel and to take the bus to san jose. absolutly charming . Very convenient to the airport. Close to many restaurants and casinos. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was prompt. Restaurant was convenient for lunch. Hotel is convenient for travellers overnighting in San Jose since they have free airport pickup and dropoff. Facilities were very nice and staff friendly and helpful. It is the second time I've stayed at the hotel and I got to stay in the newer part of the hotel. Everything is brand new and has a great feel, clean and comfortable. People there are friendly. They provide free coffee and cooks in the lobby and hotel room hallway. The pool area is so beautiful. Their breakfast is very good. Proximity to several good restaurants, free airport shuttle, free wi-fi, and a very good, free breakfast. This is not a $90/night hotel. Nothing. Nothing. I had difficulty making local calls from my room. May be it was my fault I am not sure. But the staff helped me at the reception. Why aren't all the rooms like this one?. Our room was a little noise. You can hear the traffic in the evening and early morning. The room appeared to be in an older part of the hotel and was quite small, with a "lovely" view of the air conditioning units on the surrounding rooftops. everything was great. I dont have anything bad to say about this place. Nothing. Signs how to find the hotel. nothing. airport shuttle has limited hours and only operates on the hour. It was hard to find - needs driving instructions! We had an early morning flight and could not use their free shuttle service. Had to hire a taxi and did not get the included breakfast. The rooms could use a touch of paint, the A/C was a bit noisy. nothing. Problem with ants No internet service. Wi-fi was onlt available by the pool/. Getting awake at 01::00 AM in the morning by young adults. Room provided was near the stairs. We tried to book a vehicle through the front staff and experienced the worst customer service ever. Will not return. The hotel was a bit old and run-down. It was fine for one night, but not more. Our room was very small. The bedspread was dirty and stained in many places. The AC unit in the room did not work well. The TV picture had streaky lines through it, so we could not see a clear picture. The pool was closed for the week and we were not notified about that prior to our stay. The pool was one of the biggest reasons we had booked this particular hotel. Everything.
