Super nice and helpful staff. Great english all around. If you're looking for luxury in Costa Rica, this is it. The owner loves the country, the wildlife and the local people, so you can truly feel his passion and care in building this incredible place. I can't stop coming back, this is my favorite hotel in the world!!. Beautiful lodging with 18 pools of various temperatures including a small infinity pool. Rooms are super quiet with gorgeous view of volcano. Incredibly romantic setting along with exciting sports facility, that includes tubing and horseback riding among many other choices.
