Eating outside in fine weather. so close to the beach for swimming, and to sit and watch the waves and sunsets. Cocktails by the pool! The friendly staff. availability of snorkle, goggles and fins, bike/car hire availabilty. Proximity to both main town and muri beach. Nice surroundings, clean and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and very helpful. The meals were very enjoyable and we had a lovely relaxing time.

Sunsets views were amazing, let you by drinks and food from outside the hotel and consume them at the main bar/seaview area. Absolutely nothing. Location ok. We didn't know it was going to cost us $20 each($80 for 4) to get from the airport to the resort, especially when we got a taxi back to the airport for 4 people for just $30.We did think there was a courtesy vehicle for transfers. Happy hour not much difference in prices to the normal price. eg $1 difference for beer, none for $10 cocktails. ants,. own cooking facilities wud have been nice,although was unaware these were available until i arrived home,so my bad. The fact that we were staying next to a smoker so when he was out under the veranda smoking he stunk out our room, the meals could improve a lot , because of this we ate out .The beds really need to be replaced . beach not suitable for swimming. The fat scum around the tiles of the pool. Disinterested and unhelpful staff (we certainly didn't "leave as a friend"). Staff wasnt very kind. Often not very welcoming attitude. Need more the shade. Housekeeping was terrible two days without towels ran out of to,iet paper very late evening service. Sheets not changed when stained by us. Shower not cleaned Ripped curtains and duvet Construction outside room Bed that slopped downwards we ended up sleeping at foot of bed Kitchenett was not fully equiped for needs. staff not very helpfull and didn't follow through with taxi and day tour bookings rooms very small and a bit tired in the décor breakfast (included) very basic - you had to pay to get anything hot. The place starting to get run down needs better paint in the rooms well over due for a fresh look . I didnt like getting a hair in my food and the staff just shrugged her shoulders. The cats hanging around your dinner. Rooms - small shower space very low quality of bedding and amenities. Dirty, poorly furnished, happy hour beers were $7 - at the club next door $3, I ordered a $30 "fish of the day" meal which came out lukewarm and they said they had no clean forks so I was given a spoon - there were only two other people in the restaurant. I asked them to bring me a clean one when they could, they didn't bother. the lack of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, foyer and the rooms. Never know from 1 day to the next if your room is going to be serviced. Quality of the food. No salt and pepper. Slippery and dangerous outside tiles. Expensive food and drink $5 for a can of coke. Ants everywhere in the room-especially the bathroom. The whole place needs a major upgrade - it doesn't deserve a 2 star rating. We were very disappointed and our long planned holiday was a disaster. Room not cleaned Rotting/falling roof outside our unit (22) Dirty pool Dangerous slippery tiles right through resort when wet Don't use washing machine, it will mangle your clothes.
