Location, friendliness and attention of staff, nice seaview. Excellent position, great pool, nice room, great views. Personal approach by the staff, incredible pool overlooking the beach, good location with a shopping mall with supermarket right across from the hotel. Window not closing correctly (extremely noisy with the wind blowing). Balcony not a balcony, jusT railings across window. Windows not double-glazed so could not close when the wind came up because of the notice - and the wind comes up every night! No umbrellas for loungers around the pool.
