This place exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect. It is located within the city wall so it is convenient to walk to some of the tourist places. The staff was naturally friendly and helpful. They gave me really useful tips for my trip in good english. The rooms are cozy and clean, the restaurant has good and unexpensive food. Excellent quality for a very good price. There were also small extra details that made the service outstand like a complimentary welcome drink. I will definitely .
all reviews » There are two receptionist. One a bit impatient but another one is superb! She even helped us hail the taxi to airport while we were busy with our luggage. We won't get this kind of help in other places. Location near to bus stand, pharmacy and local store. Clean room and bathroom. Cafe is nice and we even got free coffee!. The staff was helpful all the time. They helped us to explain everything in the city, helped us booking plane tickets, made breakfast very fast and excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean and we got new towels every day. No complaints about it whatsoever. I will recommend this hostel to everyone I know!. Lovely place, very well located, almost everything was clean an in working condition (just had one light bulb out of order), friendly staff. You get all of this for a very good price. They can help set up your sightseeing as well. The staff were very friendly and so helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed and happy, rooms were clean, showers were hot and free use of computers was a real bonus. The location is good for a good rest and is a little far away from downtown but iisnot hard to move around the city. Very good hostel, difficult to find a hostel like this one. Everything was amazing!. Nice and friendly staff. Location was a bit off but still nice and pretty close to the muslim quarters. There is nothing wrong for me. Light in the hallway and lobby are too dimmed, somehow make it feel spooky. But we learned that the place is actually gorgeous in the next morning. So, no big deal. Having to leave!. Wifi only works at the lobby, the restaurant is expensive for what you got. The shower in room 306 should have curtains. Some of the reception girls are still beginners in English. You can hear in the room what's going on the corridor as well as on the street. But after all it didn't disturb to much. The private bathroom was badly designed. The shower had no curtain, so you obviously wet the whole bathroom when showering. At the end we shower in the shared bathrooms, which were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are not very comfortable. toillets its no so clean. The location is not convenience. The public bathroom was always extremely wet on the floor.
