Staff are friendly and helpful. room is large and comfortable. front desk gave us a city and river view room on 18th floor per my request. The view....even though it was rather smoggy. Amenities were all excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was well managed .Staff very friendly and professional.
