I stayed at this hotel last year and the management was horrible. I had to stay there again this year because of the hotel location. They have new management and they are great! I was very pleased and hope they keep up the good work. I will be staying there again next year, IA. Very comfortable room, brilliant value for money, more that sufficient breakfast buffet. The hotel has everything going for it and beyond at the price. The room description was very good and I got what I saw. No spin doctoring!.
all reviews » Big nice room; rich evening buffet in reasonable price, nice English speaking staff; high speed train station less then 5 minutes taxi ride. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows we very comfy and comfortable. The facilities were good and liked it. They charge even for watching movies and terms are written in Chinese which others don't understand. Staff was very cooperative and caring. Large and luxerious rooms were available in small budget. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quality of decor. All things considered it was a very good stay. this hotel is near subway and railway stations. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast. Price and location near the Shenzhen North Station. Out of city centre location makes it much easy for transportation into industrial areas of Longuan, Baon etc. Too far from the centre of town. The bellhops we not assisting with luggage upon check in or check out. I certainly did not like them turning pimps offering me their personal cards for female company. This time they lost the deposit We gave and had to wait a long time to do check out. a bit remote. frendly staff. personnels' lack of english and experience. staff at conceirge cheat the guest by recommending guests to go for private taxi, who pay them commssion. When I Check in they charge the room rates Higher than I found at Booking .com + the Tax. Only 2 year old hotel and falling apart. Black mould everywhere in the rooms and corridors from obvious water damage. Carpets in the rooms and dining area were disgusting and some staff were surly and did not want to be there. Facilities are not great, dining is limited, bar is limited. Only really suitable for a quick bed for one night. The wash basin in my room was broken. The ceiling in my room was broken , the staff`s english skills were very limited. I struggled to find a map. No one would understand what a `map` means ! incredible !!.
