Very helpful staffs, they tried their best to answer my questions even tough they are not so fluent in English. Location is great: right in the heart of Dong Men. The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of shopping area. Restaurant is just next door of hotel, the food is delicious too. The hotel is located across the metro station exit. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is very helpful.

Not much thought was put into what would be suitable for international or asian travellers, ie cereal no fruit other than watermelon, with congee, only vegetables was provided to flavour. Rooms were a bit musty smelling. 1) no wifi at any corner of the hotel! 2) requested non-smoking room, yet the room was smoky!. The toilet. Hotel Wifi is donn during my stay. I didn't like the smell of smoke in the main lobby. It doesn't really concern me but then again it's china, so have to live with it. Overall it's value for money, not to worry. Staff doesn't seem super intelligent but Manager is great to correct them quickly. That being said im not sure your drawing power of genius front wnd staff when your paying salaries of 600usd per month. poor cleanliness at corridor (bad smell) and need to improve the breakfast. why did they need room deposit ?. old fashion style,. Air Con not cold. Facilities are old. The refrigerator as not working, we complained but nothing was done. The toilet flush needs some o'haul. Surrounding building work. no body speak english. Dirty. Cooperation of the staff. They did not help me to take a taxi to air port. They left me with baggage in heavy rain to find a taxi. - Non-smoking room with smoky smell. - Toilet water tap does not function properly. - No wireless internet for those foreigner which use IPad or laptop that does not support LAN cable - Staffs that does not how to smell with guests.
