Location of the One Apartment only minutes walk from all main shopping. Easy walk to Metro station on Nanjing Rd (W). Overall standard very high of the apartment we were assigned, flexibility of the small kitchen gave us everything we were looking for. We would recommend to anyone. everything was perfect, our family had a lovely trip. staffs are very friendly, the room assistant lady did an great job on the room cleaning. we really appriciate all the comfort have been provided by all the hotel staffs. big thank you and defo. will stay in the ootel again.
all reviews » Great Rooms, Large and Comfortable with own kitchen and lovely bathtub. Staff is very helpful and the hotel is only minutes away from club MOOK and the metro line 2. Marks and Spencer is close by as well. great bathroom with great rain-shower-laundry and drying machine-two flat screens-seperate bedroom and livingroom all very luxurious. nice walk from hotel to the bund ( 30 minutes) good valu for money. Everything The staff were always friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned perfectly every day I felt right at home plus the views were amazing . Will differently stay next time I'm in shanghai. the location is a bit hidden for the first time visit but it's actually really central. The facility is superb. The room is new and spacious, so does the bathroom. The rooms was all suite and very spacious. The staff was very friendly. Location was very near too all the shopping area specially the fake mall beside the hotel. the location is convenient, just behind the Nanjing West Road. Overall it's a pretty property for its price. One more thing, there isn't a dressing mirror. The room service is not 24hrs. the construction site next door, really dusty, not easy to get a taxi. It is very hart to find at night with the Taxi.Customer to make sure to print address and map in chinese. Located on a small road which taxi drivers are not familiar with. only 1 pot and 1 pan. This is simply not enough if want to cook. Bad internet speed. Front desk staffs and concierge can improve. Breakfast salad to be thoroughly cleaned. The room was too dry due to poor air-conditioning system. Nothing. Everything is great. None. house keeping was a little slow but improved after complaining at the reception. Couldn't find wifi hotspot. no drinks in the bar, slow wifi, just 1 restaurant. breakfast good but could have more options. Wifi is too slow. The laundry machine leaks water when using. Breakfast starts only at 7AM. Could be earlier. breakfast could be better. Breakfast by the hotel, one of the worst I had. Staff not very friendly and does not speak English very well. They did not want me to have a late check out (13h instead of 12h !) Service at the restaurant very long. Slow wifi, simple breakfast. Very very noisy. Did not sleep at all, as there were construction works ongoing next to the hotel. No any compensating offered by employees. Bad 5-star experience!.
