The rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and the bath was huge! The deal we got on letsbookhotel.com was fantastic value for money, especially when compared to the rates on the day. Whilst we didn't use most of the facilities on offer they looked very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel!. - the room was quite small but very comfortable - the view from the window was amazing, you can see the very beautiful Pearl Tower in the night from your window - the staff was really helpfull - the breakfast was good - the location is very near to the bund.

The room was good, but I had to pay extra to get upgraded to avoid wait. The staff were a little stand-offish and not very friendly, but then again that was our experience in all of the bars and restaurants that we visited as well, so perhaps it's just the way China works. We had to pay a £200 deposit on a credit card upon arrival, which was a bit of a surprise to us as it wasn't mentioned before! The location is okay, but the name is perhaps a little misleading as it took us a good 30-40 minutes to walk to the Bund itself. N/A. Too fancy too quiet and not many people around the area top bar empty. it is little bit far from waitan. breakfast is expensive to enjoy. river-view unit is not selectable online. There is no MRT/subway station nearby, not really much things around. However, just 10 mins walk then you will be at the Bund. The heated toilet seat. 25 minutes check out time,the breakfast price,they didnt find my reservation till next day. The room was small and with no space available out of the bed. Few hairs on the bathroom's floor. Breakfast was expensive. The area around the hotel seemed to be a bit dodgy but we did not encounter any problem. Available only on taxi. In overall expensive for the standards given. the television is too far away and small ! the wifi is really irritating, that was okay for an laptop but terrible for iphone/ipad users !. A bit far from download by foot. The concierge, was a bit rude. And even though the hotel have internet for free, to use their computers to print the boarding pass, was expensive.
