There is free shuttle bus from airport to hotel. Their counter is at exact location as they informed and easily find. Staff at the counter speak good English and very nice and effective even my flight arrived at 11pm. The hotel room is excellence for what I paid. It is clean, enough space, comfort bed, many TV channels in Chinese. One recommendation is not booking single room. Extra few Yuan you get a lot larger space for double room especially bathroom. all reviews » The staff at the hotel's desk in the airport and in the hotel itself, were pleasant and friendly. My twin bedded room on the 5th floor was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was very good. The hotel offered an excellent transport service between the airport and hotel. I would have no problem recommending the hotel to other travellers. This hotel is cheaper than Chenyang Joyful but actually much nicer! The staff late night was so friendly. My room was awesome. Brand new everything. It had two twin beds. Maybe I got lucky with the room since I checked in so late. Located close to the airport with an inexpensive transfer. People were smoking in the lobby even though it said "no smoking". It is not really an airport hotel, as it takes about 15 minutes to reach the airport by their shuttle. Secondly, why ever have glass bathrooms? And central air conditioning would be better. Felt a bit isolated No metro or train close by. Breakfast it's not the best option for foreigners. They don't have even water and orange juice was weird. Staff spoke very little english. 1. The hotel is actually quite far from Pudong airport (approx. 20Mins). Taxi fare from airport is about rmb50. Broken handles on almost everything - shower door, faucet, drawers. Bugs. A shelter for a airport transport if you are desperate. I waited for 3 hours to be picked up from the airport after a long flight and once the bus got there,i had to wait to be dropped with other incoming customers!flight arrived at 2200 but I got to the hotel at 0250,tired cold and frustrated,very dissapointing.They then charged my credit card without my authorisation yet I had just used it to ensure the booking and wanted to pay by cash.That was shocking. Ai-Fi facility and PC for customer need to be improved. Their beds was terrable. The FREE shuttle bus is NOT FREE! Staff speak minimal english. Hotel wasnt in a nice area. Def didnt feel safe to venture alone especially after the taxi man there tried to get me to get out in the middle of a junction! If u can afford somewhere closer to the airport, dont stay here!. too much noise very far from the downtown and any metro station stuff English language is very poor.
