Great Staff, great facility. Clean and comfortable and the best location in Shanghai. Very good location Very nice rooms and quiet. Location, style. No wifi, but they did have free internet in the room via hard wire. Breakfast - poor quality No wifi. 1. Breakfast is horrible, only or Chinese. 2. Room Service is ridiculus, they ask 30% surchages to bring you food (very poor choice and quality) in the room. 3. Clearly State Owned property, not too much attention to your need: salaries and income are guaranteed, so why bother to make customer (specially foreign guests) happy? 4. sigarette smoke every where, even in smoking free rooms, no body stops chinese guests to smoke in elevators or in the restaurant...
