we liked the place, it was exactly on the top of the metro station, very convenient.

the majority of the staff didnt speak english, we had huge problem of communication. breakfast was only for chinese, no respect to the western visitors.

Poor service and dishonest House Keeping staff. No wired internet connection in the room. Wi Fi is only available in the lobby which is very inconvenient. Although it is rated 5-star, the lobby is run down and with the poor facility and service, it feels like a 3-star serviced apartment.
Entrance in the back of the building-No internet in room-the corridor very narrow between rooms.
