I found the hotel so great in term of cost, location, cleanses and overall staff assistance though I found English language were little problem with them but they so cooperative and helpfull. Excellent location on pudong area on the river, easily access within 300m to pearl tower, ifc mall ، super brand mall and other attractions. Free wifi in all areas. Gym and pool is worth seeing, fantastic view over shanghai. Look out for the deals online, as you can get a cheap room. Rooms are lovely and very clean.

Room facilities are very good (but it was kind of confusing that the curtain between the room and the bathroom/toilet was quite transparent). Location close to the bund. It would have been nice to have an a la carte menu in a restaurant other than room service for breakfast. WiFi only in Lobby! .. for WiFi in your room you have to use your own WiFi-router. Did not take 2 of three usual, Chinese payment cards, asked me to go to the atm (In the Lobby) where the cards work just fine. No WiFi in the room unless you ask for a WiFi router. 500Rmb deposit per night over the room rate. Barely adequate staff attitude. Bad design. Even though I had booked in April the hotel did not have my booking, this is a negative for letsbookhotel.com. The room given was charged as a river view as I had requested but there was no river view. I have never felt so harrassed and cheated when dealing with the front desk on pointing out this discrepancy. In fact they were fraudulent and almost amounted to thievery. For us, a group of doctors with their families who had booked five rooms it was very disappointing. - not so clean - the room very small - expensive for what you can have. They hold a large amount of money in my credit card in the evening, and then in the morning said, that there is not enough money on card. Really bad service at reception!!! I wanted cancel but I can not... I never stay this hotel again.
