Belgravia Serviced Apartment is excellently situated in Pudong district in Shanghai. It is just 5-minute of comfortable walk from the metro station Century Avenue which is 2 stops from the city centre with high scrapers: Pearl TV Tower or Jim Mao Tower, etc. We arrive in Shanghai in midnight so we took a taxi from the Pudong airport to Belgravia and this cost us 200 Yuans according to the taximeter (c. 45-minute drive). It is a hotel building of nearly 40 floors with 4 apartments on each floo.

Located close to the subway (5 mins from exit 7). Good sized rooms. Lots of places to eat around it. The metro was about a 5-10 minute walk depending on which station and line you went too. For the price, plenty of space with a kitchen. Location Front office staff spoke good English Spacious apartments Help with taxis. size of the apartment and price cleanliness and surroundings. The wooden floor, central heater, the big space. Good view from higher floors. Very near to MRT station. location is great. The only minus was that the kitchen was equipped with just 4 small tea cups and tea spoons. No other tableware. The tableware was for renting. The WiFi connection was not too good and it is recommended to borrow a net cable that helps a bit. Th swiming pool was not in use. The pool was closed due to subsidance (?). breakfast is below average. bad english. Ordered a crib for my grandson early but when we arrived there was none. Washer/dryer did not work well. Washer did not spin and dryer did not work at all. Do not respond to emails or phone. very few utensils in kitchen. Not enough kitchenware, i.e. cup and plates. We have 6 people but hotel only provided 4 cups and plates. We are sharing the cups between us. Lobby Facilities Showers in bathrooms. The kitchen only had 2 of everything, ie cups plates, glasses etc. The restaurant although listed western dishes, did not have any available when we visited which was more akward for the kids. Overall for the price a good stay and I would stay there again. Cleaning could be better Floor under carpet not straight Stairs were dirty. less utensils/crockery in the kitchen. Not enough kitchen utensil. No supermarket nearby. Not much international restaurant around. A bit dim the light. Resturant where they serve breakfast is very dirty, bathrooms are dirty and floors in rooms, same mirrors and windows. The rooms air-conditioning is a let-down. The shower in master bathroom is not good. No tea-spoon for making coffee.
