I was in this hotel in business and spend there two really good night. it was amazing room,I was in the club floor.One of the most decorated rooms the bed was good and comfortable. two tv's. i really enjoyed my stay. and will be back for sure.

Easy and cheap (19RMB) travelling by cab from Guangzhou East Railway Station - especially if arriving or leaving at night.
Large variety of places to eat outside hotel.
Short bus ride to Canton Fair.
Washing facilities(need instructions for use in English though).
English was well spoken by front end staff.

What I remember most of all - I had some low speed internet problems and complained about that. In 2 minutes (!!) I had a router installed directly in my room.. -

Very good level of quality throughout. The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch.
