Good location in middle of the center, close to bars, restaurants and shopping street . Hotel is worth a 4 stars with a 5 stars spa . Breakfast is okay 90% chinese but also coffee and bread for western people. Some speaks Englisch on the receptions desk, but i do also not speak Chinese. The hotel is very clean and modern and the staff were very friend, helpful and very accommodating. I will definitely book a stay with the hotel again and will recommend it to others.

Good sized rooms. place of hotel. norhing at all,the worst experience ever... Only one elevator for 13 floors, but 2 elevators for the Spa . Lowest price rooms have no window, but my room was ok !. The staff did not speak englisg therefore communication was a problem. *Room we stayed in had no window at all No halal food in spa dinning We could not use the swimming pool in the spa coze you must be nacked Almost no one speeks english. The staff barely understand English , it seems that hotel is for Chinese only. when we arrived there , was only girls working and difficult for them to load luggage in trolleys and push it to rooms, have had to help them to rooms. very few staff understand english. looks more spa than hotel. personal dont speak english((( bankomat give copy of the money. not real money!!!. It's not really a 5 stars hotel as mentioned. Requested a large bed but got a twin bedroom. No window in the room and cannot control the room temperature. Poorly maintained. I think this hotel is not 5 star at all. my room doesnt have any windows and breakfast was terrible, this hotel maximum is 3 star hotel. Most staff not speaking English. Breakfast meal is limited only for Chinese people. the room is very small. Quit far from shopping mall and the river side. It stinks!. stuff was awful,not helpful at all, no english, breafast uneatble for western people. only for chinese. never choose that hotel!. i had booked this hotel for a weeks stay but i couldn't even stay for a day. please don't suggest this hotel to anyone ..it is not even having any 2 star facilities that is this ho 1. it has bad smell 2. nobody knows english 3.no hotel services so please do not suggest this hotel as we trust bookings.com and i had enjoyed staying in 2 other hotels in Guangzhou that you have suggested. you might damage your reputation if you suggest hotels like the latter ..... with regards a fellow booker. I had to stay there because it was late and tired after long trip nothing related to a 5 star hotel room has no windows Almost no one speaks English Breakfast is a disaster It's a motel not hotel.
