I stayed during my business trip, and everything was almost perfect. Free shuttle service to Canton Fair and back, very good breakfast (although I'm vegan, I surprisingly had plenty of options, different fruits every day, and good coffee). Nice and big rooms with all the facilities ever needed during a short stay. Friendly staff. Location in a busy street with malls, there's a big supermarket nearby (in TeeMall), and the metro station is just 1-minute walk from the hotel. Two Macs in the lobby .
all reviews » Check in staff were warm and friendly and treat customers on a personal note. The location is central to shopping and digital plaza. Ideal for the dotcoms. Rooms well equipped and really it felt like home away from home. Breakfast was well presented,but little choice for the vegetarian . The sauna/jacuzzi and steam room a little disappointing as no towels are provided and no attendants in the spa centre. Friendly Staff Superior rooms with all amenities like kitchen dinning table, drawing room which adds to ur true holiday experience i guess conventional Bed and Bathroom are boring be it in any 5 star hotels too. But this property is a true 5 star service apartments and well maintained. i Also liked the view of the city from my high rise floor. Breakfast was good. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It feels like "home". The living room is spacious and the kitchen is equipped with every thing you need (washing and drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, blender and even steamer!). The location is amazing. It is close to metro and the best and luxirious shopping malls. It is great for family!. the view is wonderful at night , the breakfast was good and varied daily. hotel is perfectly located inside the mall, rain or shine is ok . all linens and utilities are excellent, bed is comfortable and no cigarette smell, staff speaks very good english. i will want to go back there on regular basis. clean, central & very warm staff. I used to stay in other 5 star hotels in Guangzhou but my son found this on letsbookhotel.com & recommended I try it out which am glad I did. My daughter who was visiting china for the 1st time got a very good impression because of Fraser Suites. Everything, brand new, large room with living and bedroom separeted, modern decoration, 2 TV. very confortable bed, nice location. Get out of the building, turn your right and go to next street, turn your left and walk down about 300 m and will find Oggi - Italian Restaurant. i got a free upgrade which is out of my expectation. All the staff are well trained and very polite and helpful. Good wifi, nice swimming pool...Location is superb, 3mins to get into the metro, 5mins walking distrance to food paradise. will definitely come back in the future. Clean and neat. Rooms are spacious and fresh. State of the art audio and visual equipment. Staff offered a replacement room immediately after we complained from cigarate smell, apparently from x-guest. According to the staff, The building is non-smoking. Location is awesome. In "One link mall", and the subway (Line 3) is just downstairs. Nearby had all the amenities you need. Spacious rooms, great toiletries, big beds and really good pillows, initially the room I was given smelt of smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel. I was moved quickly to another room. Staff are reasonably competent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Only a few metro stops from Guangzhou East Station so no problem getting around. The kitchen was very well-equipped. 1. Have nothing to tell negagtive while my stauing. For a prestigious place like Fraser Suites, only two guest relations officer (max 3) at counter to attend to check-ins and outs? I normally do my check out payment early, to avoid the 12pm check out crowd. When everyone is checking out at 12pm, I was leaving so went down to drop my key and saw all the staff occupied, with maybe another few guests in queue. I was glad I was not held up when I check out as I just needed to drop the key. Didn't have a map with English markings. The 2-bedroom suite was not as spacious as we thought. 1. No room service (but expected for furnished apts.) 2. No money exchange facility. I suggest they add an automated machine for that. All business people would be in trouble as internet service in the hotel really really poor. Despite of many complaints they could not fix. Hardly you can download emails and in todays world doing overseas business with out internet is impossible. Pricey, wished breakfast are included than it O.K.!!!. Entrance wasn't the easiest to find. Potentially a bit far from sights but as subway is so close its not really an issue. No room service, dinning room service breakfast only. Although all rooms are non smoking, room has smoking smell. Entry to hotel from shopping centre is confusing. It was not clear that you cannot enter the hotel from the shopping centre where the mrt station is. 1.No direct access to the mall as mentioned in the web site, it was closed. 2.concierge staff: english not good difficult to understand. Slow elevater. No food to eat during night except ordering McDonalds'... The hotel should offer some snacks at least for those starving guests, I think. The instructions to use the washing machine were not very clear. They only have room service until 9:30 pm and the offer is small. Breakfast could also be improved. The aircon in the room will be the only reason why I would not return to this hotel. The air blows right onto the bed, the direction cannot be adjust. The concierge and front desk staff needs more training. Difficult to find Taxi. The breakfast buffet is OK, but for an establishment like this it could be a bit more variety in the food. Regarding the low hotel prices in GZ, it is slightly expensive. Few choices for breakfast. They have doubled charged us a no show fee even though that we have paid for our stay!! they have acknowldged the mistake and promised for a refund but did not get yet. The reception staff needs orgnization and training and they ghave done other mixe up mistakes with other guests. Tea and coffee maker and the supply of sachet in the room were not ok and not on time. The traffic. No money exchange services or room service. Nothing. Wifi was not so fast. No near restaurants, cafès, but for Brand shopping is good. The location is beautyfull ,but traffic is really terrible .If inside could be possible have also an restaurant,it should be fantastic because every day go around check for an place where eat something,is really very uncomfortable.
