This is a luxurious, comfortable hotel in which to stay. Staff are friendly, courteous, efficient and very helpful. The hotel is within central Guangzhou, close to two beautiful parks and close enough to sights of interest. The hotel is large and has numerous shops within it's precinct, has wonderful amenities including a swimming pool, sauna, steam room etc. The rooms are large, well-equipped, tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!.
all reviews » The staff were very good and very wellcoming , locatin is near to menu shopping centres. I do recommend it for others and will stay again in the same . I liked the fact that there was a lot to do at the hotel. Great restaurants, spa, foot massage and most important.. A Satbucks inside the hotel!. I thought is was one of the nicest hotels in gz and this was my fourth visit to gz, absolutely stress free. Lovely English speaking staff. Location for me is perfect but maybe not for canton fair visitors Mcdonalds and Starbucks near the entrance. great comfort good location metro station at door step, hong kong busses available right next to hotel. I love the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and the central location of hotel. Staff Speak Good English and Friendly. Western Breakfast has good varieties to eat. Loved the breakfast buffet, loved the quiet atmosphere of the room. I loved the band that played in the second floor bar. near metro station and yuexiu garden,good breakfast. in general, everything is good. i had no comment. The fitness center was superb. Location & Starbucks. English speaking staff. The rooms is amazing. the location. Already stayed several times. connectivity with Hongkong. room were fair enough. Good location. Breakfast. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing I did not like. Medeterian dener was a unorganised and the Turkesh food were not cooked enough ,. I didn't like that wanted a king non smoking and I got a double that was supposed to be non smoking that reaked of smoke. I also had a safe hat wasn't working. I was interupted by the maids a lot sometimes quite early, make sure you keep the .do not disturb sign on. Could do with a bigger room service menu. Breakfast variety and cleanness specially the egg guy, hi pick everything by his hand instead of spoon. The fact that that any form of entertainment wasn't not easy to find. I stayed at Park Royal in Kuala Lumpar and the bar and band was next to the front reception - much better set up. none. A chinese girl on the reception was very rude. Prefer more cleanness especially the bathroom & also free wifi. They dont take chinese currency back for dollars. no complain at all ! just if they have newer furniture and things in the room it would be a great great hotel. Now is just a good hotel. Buffet Restaurant (varanda). Quality is quite low. They upgrade my othe friends but not me. lack of maintenance and cleaning. My credit card does not work. It happened for the first time in China and this is my eighth trip to China. It was very stressful. The staff speak little English. Breakfast is very poor. The phones are situated awful erotic massage ads - for a person traveling alone in Europe - quite terrible idea. Very high cost of dinner. I have been visiting this hotel for the past 10 years. It is becoming more and more chinese rather than international. I would not recomend this to any business traveler. Too expensive for a service that was once very good. Room. Serivce. Very bad no.
