Staff cooperating lot and this is the second time it was held in the hotel it is very Good in the city center and a quiet place has successfully offers restaurants Islamic place and a nice and quiet area. The location near the shuttle bus, ,metro, east railway station. Clean. Budget friendly. Good English. Little old but seen worse. It is very very good hotel Especially jovil the Assistant Director for the hotel he was very helpful.

The restaurant serves good chinese muslim food. The location of hotel was so good and very near with the Railway Metro. Some of the staffs have a good smiley face and can assist us to get certain information needed. Have muslim's restaurant nearby. Easy to find halal food. Location, price. The location. The only good thing was Xinjiang food in the restaurant. The food is the only good thing about the hotel. A little far from the nearest underground station. Food for breakfast. When I got to the hotel and showed them the booking email they didn't have it recorded and I needed to wait for it to be investigated I didn't have the time so I ended up making spot booking obvisiously paying more, I wasn't too pleased about it!. Lacked of english conversation at front office and no wifi at room level, only wired. The staff speaks little English, but they were helpful. Personally i did not knew much about character of Chinese people in China especially in Guangzhou. But i was so upset with one of the receptionist@frontliner staff once i want to check out from the hotel. She was so unfriendly and annoying me with his face expression. As i knew this is so called Muslims Hotel but i never saw any signs of Qiblah for us to perform prayers. Last but not least the condition of the rooms carpet was so terribly dirty. Thats all and thank you. Hotel staff should be english language friendly. run down, noisy on most floors because of the KTV. the tariff did not match the amenities. the hotel is less than 3*, rooms smell. very poor furniture. Do not recommend at all. don't go there. Setvice is poor. The rooms are old and not comfortable. No refrigerator, no windows, like jail. Wi-fi works only in the evening. Internet speed is very low. It's scary to take shower, as it's different to call the shower as shower. servis is so bad.
