1.Receptionists(press "0" on the hotel phone) are excellent. I've called before check in to ask where to find the location; After check in, I've called to ask if the two bottle of water and tea bags were for free, and I've called to ask breakfast time. all reviews » The room (#1805) had a living room, huge bathroom, and a small kitchen. Even the gym was well equipped. The iron and board were also appreciated. Did not use the washing machine, though! Close to city centre, and short walking access to Jiefangbei shopping area, CRT station and Hangyou Village. Great facilities and adequate breakfast spread. Great location. Pool, gym, pool table included. I stayed in studio premium apartment which was spacious enough and included fully equipped kitchen and even washing machine. Metro train stations relatively close and Carrefour supermarket almost next door. Street food available right next to the hotel. Definitely great value for the money. Staff were extremely helpful in writing down where we were going in Chinese characters for the taxi drivers and looking after all our needs. The room was a good size and comfortable and quiet. There were no other guests that night, I thought we were free to use as many as we needed. And it was max 3 towls/per-person, can't be 4, I don't think that could be a abuse. Nothing to complain. Cant really think of anything. Nothing. Price of the airport taxi offered by the hotel is 6 times higher than normal taxi rates. Breakfast for 1 person which is an odd arrangement, while it just cost me an additional 50 rmb... They could have just add the cost into the room charge.
