Staff were really helpful and friendly. Happy to exchange foreign currency. Finally managed to buy some stamps! Most of all staff actually spoke English, and really well too. The Tibetan restaurant next door. Very little. Accommodation is basic, bit clean and very reasonably priced. I wanted to include breakfast during my stay (1euro = 8cny) and the staff at the reception said it was included. The day after I had to pay 40cny for a coffee, juice and croissant for breakfast. Completely ripped off! Not worth staying there. I would pay less for a 4star hotel in the city centre, with breakfast included. To go to the city centre you would have to take a taxi.
