The hotel is very comfortable, quiet and modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. Towels were changed every day, the room was cleaned every day. There is an electric kettle, coffee, tea and water available in the room, as well as all necessary shower appliances in the bathroom. The breakfast offers a buffet variety which meets both Western and Chinese tastes. The hotel staff speaks some English and were ready to help with any requests. There is a supermarket and a few Chinese canteens/restaura.

The hotel's name and address (including location map) in Chinese of the hotel calling card are too small for local taxi drivers to read & regnonise readily, causing inconveniences to hail a taxi. A little far from Tianfu square. None. nothing. Staff spoke little english, location so so in terms of convenience. No one in the hotel can speak English, No fridge in the room, No information about the city is provided, Wi-fi in the rooms is very poor, Currency change is a problem, In the breakfeast almost everything is chinese, transportation by taxi is terrible because of language problem. I read online that staff can speak english but the english of the reception staff was poor. The hotel is not up to the standard of a Holiday Inn. The staff cannot speak English and tho' they try give you misleading information. The rooms were fine but the bathroom was leaking. The restaurant had breakfast which was cold and not up to standard. The location is ok and there is a bakery just opposite. The cost of the hotel is not worth it. Water should have been complimentary.
