it is a good 4 stars hotel, good location since it is direct MRT line from airport to the hotel. nearby have many shopping mall, restaurant and entertainment. buying the high speed train ticket office is just across the street. room is not big but comfortable and have everything u need in the room. buffet breakfast is great, free high tea and free light dinner in the executive VIP room is really worth of value.

Also I came there 11 am and was no problem to check in. I will go there every Month. Location next to metro. Near shopping district. Organised our tour and speak english. Wifi worked well in room. Everything great except the weather which was damp and cold. Pro activeness and politeness of staff. Range of facilities. High service level and professional staff. Excellent service and room comfort. I stayed in a club suite which provides access to the executive lounge. Room was adequate, flat screen TV. Breakfast was very nice with good choice. Helpful staff even if English was a bit lacking. The restaurant is nice as well as the location. gym equipment is a bit too less to play. From the car parking have to go around the hotel, also the service on the breakfast don't bring any coffee or tea, after I ask also get a don't care. I stayed there for 7 days using letsbookhotel.com for reservation. The deal included breakfast. However on the last day they come and say ... breakfast not included, and that too only not included for the last day. I tired to ask how can it be be no one was willing to do anything about it. Its not a matter to 100 rmb or so ... it just leaves a bad taste in the mouth. No massage facilities. Weather, damp and cold.. Breakfast and a la carte options could be a bit better. The price - although the hotel was nice and the staff professional I still might pick another hotel next time as I found the hotel a little on the expensive side. No recommendations. For a Club room this was rather small with a tiny bathroom. The club lounge was probably the poorest I have stayed in. The snacks were awful, the staff did not know how to make a drink, overall not worth paying the extra. No way to control the temperature in the hotel room - was way too hot. They were big stains on the carpet and armchair. Bad experience, it isn't a 5 stars hotel.
