Loved the hotel, the breakfast, the view, the location, the spa and gym, and the friendliness of the staff. The view from the 12th floor is the best in Valdivia. Location in the city is also excellent. Did not have any hangars in room or robes for the spa, small things only.... Our room was not on the Riverside, the view was poor. This is not a 5 star hotel, its a nice 4 star. Service was variable from excellent to nonexistent.
