  The staff are very friendly, especially Jarrko at the front desk. They are very personable. The establishment is more like a bed and bath with a nice lobby area and breakfast dining next to each other. Less than 5 mins walk to the airport. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. Jarkko arranged my tours, taxis, airport pickup, gave me ideas about cost, recommended restaurants, told me about the customs & culture, etc. etc.. The service was better than at the Ritz in Santiago. I would definitely stay there again.

  It's very great place where the hotel is located aside the South Pacific sea, through the window you can see the sea in front of your bed. The hotel is very quiet and suitable for the couples there. The breakfirst is good and also the service is thoughtful, I strongly recocmend the dinner there as they have very good cool. We rented a car there an... what people say » d can drove everywhere in the island, very impressive holiday there. By the way, there is nearly no light along the road at night, you have be careful - Helpful staff, moved us to a better room when it became available (with sea view). They have their own car hire (brand new 4 wheel drive jeep type) at a very competitive rate. Quite location, 20 minutes walk along the coastal path to the small town. Rooms were nicely furnished and had outdoor / indoor showers. The breakfasts were the best we had had (healthy choice) in the whole of our three month trip.
