  Jerome was a gracious host and accommodated our every request. He freely picked us from the airport, drove us to the city a few times, and gave us great tips on where to eat. We also booked a paid tour of the island with him, and he added an extra itinerary, free, so that we wouldn't miss the Seven moais before our return flight. The hotel was... what people say » modest, but clean, and with the best pricing when compared to other properties. The breakfast was simple, but good. I recommend enthusiastically hi - The room & en suite was large, clean & comfortable & represented excellent value for money on Easter Island. Jermome was a superb host with excellent local knowledge & a real passion for for the island, which was infectious. We had a full day tour with him which was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble & he made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

  The staff are very friendly, especially Jarrko at the front desk. They are very personable. The establishment is more like a bed and bath with a nice lobby area and breakfast dining next to each other. Less than 5 mins walk to the airport. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. Jarkko arranged my tours, taxis, airport pickup, gave me ideas about cost, recommended restaurants, told me about the customs & culture, etc. etc.. The service was better than at the Ritz in Santiago. I would definitely stay there again.
