We were a family of 9 ranging from grandparents to infant twins and everyone enjoyed their stay. We found everyone friendly and helpful, the slides and pool were a hit and the service was great. Would stay there again when traveling to Winnipeg!!. We had to attend a meeting at the hotel - staff was excellent in storing our items until after the meeting. Location, convenience, price all good.

Very nice room & staff was outstanding. Pool was awesome, my son really enjoyed it. Staff was excellent and room was comfortable. Quick and courteous check in at the wheelchair end of the counter. Close to airport for early morning flights out. Good restaurant!. It was alright with a friendly staff. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable, not enough pillows or blankets in the room. It was quite cold in our room. The inroom coffee is not good. I personally do not like the wood floors in the room I was in. Personal preference... The price!!!. No microwave in room, no free breakfast. Nothing...I always enjoy staying there... Window in room was dirty on outside and wind whistled thru window all night. Although the room was clean there was a funny smell to it. The price. I think the online deals should be better. Our door didnt close properly and we left early in the morning to come back and find our door had been left open all day we are very lucky no body stole all our belongings. We really were hoping for a discount or maybe a free night to compensate. The noise other people made in the middle of the night. toilet is moving not fixe good and no fan in bathroom!!!. mix up with reservation then charged $150/night instead of $125/night as pre booked. A fire alarm sounded during our supper in the restaurant. Price was a little much for meals in the restaurant and overall price for hotel stay a little on the high side. For $190.00 a night with tax there should have at least been complimentary breakfast. Even though the facility has under gone some upgrades... I found that our rooms the last 2 times had defiencies.. Lamps that flickered, sink that was slow to drain, wifi very slow, our room was a double occupancy and only 1 coffee cup... We booked through Bookings.com on March 7th and we were billed for the room March 8th... However our reservation was not scheduled until March 27th... It was a mix up that was fixed but took sometime and digging to figure it out... - The lack of access to the bathroom for my wheelchair - I need a room with two beds (one for my attendant and one for me) - your wheelchair room(s) only have ONE bed - paying for 2 rooms just to access a bathroom is crazy - WHY have all the furniture with draws (no body uses them!) - put the thin TV on the wall and lose the useless furniture ... "coco channel". After vending machines ate money, no resolution. Girl at front desk totally didn't care. Man in the swimming pool area yelling at the four kids in the pool while three adults were right beside them supervising, made for a very uncomfortable situation. Didn't even use the pool, just left because of the 'scary man'. Rooms were too small and pool was also small and shallow. Pool got shut down and wasn't the room I booked,Looked like the rooms were bigger,Room was Very Small and pool Floor was very dirty and muddy.
