My girlfriend and I have been to the Nita Lake Lodge twice this year, once in the winter and once in the summer and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One thing we didn't get a chance to take advantage of on this last trip was the complimentary bike, canoe, or kayak rentals available. But I thought that was a really nice touch and would enjoy the opportunity to use them in our future trips to Nita Lake Lodge.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It was my girlfriends birthday and they left a card and a treat in the room which was a nice touch. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The beautiful rooms were very well equipped and ours had a gorgeous view out over the lake. The bar was excellent, you name it they had it...& the restaurant was wonderful ...food locally sourced, very very fresh & beautifully presented. Great dining options on site so no need to go to village to eat - shuttle available if you want to head into Whistler. It was like arriving in a beautiful haven after a long hard drive from Jasper. The staff were amazing and the room was superb. We loved everything and wished we had stayed longer!. A truly fantastic hotel in all respects, not least the stunning location! Staff invited us to drink our coffee in the lakeside lounge, even though it was closed. - nice location, great view on the Nita Lake - great place for swimming, hiking, biking etc. - preety nice rooms, comfortable and clean. The resort was beautiful. They put chocolates with a birthday card for my boyfriend in the room as a surprise. Beautifully appointed rooms with fireplaces and high ceilings, get the lake view rooms they are worth it. Bikes Hot tubs The bar is nice, and the live music is great. The pool was not in use which was disappointing. Sounds silly and is minor but a single serving of tea, if you stay as a couple, you both probably want a cup of tea at least. The pool & spa pools were out of use which we weren't aware or notified of prior to arrival but the hotel manager was excellent and able to sort out a suitable alternative. Breakfast was average and the service was slow, particularly on our second morning there. Prices seemed high against choice and quality. I wish the bell boys were more attentive. They just stood there and talked to each other. I think maybe room service for food would be aplus. And better hours for restaurant and cafe. We woke up Monday and the lobby area was a ghost town. Nothing. Nothing. We aren't totally easy to please and we loved it all! I can't think of any way to make it better. A little more variety on the bar menu would have been good. The choices were either the more a la carte menu or burgers/fish and chips in the bar. There are other restaurants nearby. Party next door. We should have called staff to report, but unfortunately we didn'T. You know how it is when you're half- asleep and hoping the noise will end soon? It didn'T. There seemed to be other "fun" rooms on the same floor so unbeknownst to us this hotel may be favourite for nighttime socializers. - not good for smaller kids, no playground, kids are not allowed in the tube, only Kids-Stuff was a highchair in the restaurant.... There were two hot tubs attached to the spa and one was cold and the other was warm. Would have enjoyed a HOT tub. The housekeepers came into the room while we were still there. No in room safe. I would be hard pressed to think of anything I did not like about this hotel . The blue light on the tv was annoying at night. Surrounding neighborhood was shabby, noisy and full of hooligan types. Shuttle not convenient , had to drive to go to local activities. the airco could not be managed properly and the food can be a little more modern. The lighting in the little ktchenettes. It was a little way out of town (~4.5 km). There was a courtesy "on demand" shuttle bus available, but we did have to wait about 30 mins for this on one occasion, which was a little inconvenient. No breakfast in main restaurant during week No atmosphere in hotel at this time of year. It was very quiet. Personally, I think it's odd that a high-end hotel doesn't include parking for its guests. After all, most people must have a car.

During the refurbishments of Aura Restaurant and the hotel kitchen between 24 October and 23 November 2017, Cure Lounge will open from 17:00 daily serving drinks and a limited food menu. Fix Café will be open during this time from 06:30 - 17:00 serving breakfast and lunch.
