Please note that the pool, hot tub, and fitness centre are closed until further notice. There will be construction on the pool, hot tub and fitness area during business hours. There will also be construction at the base of Blackcomb between April 23 and June 15. During construction, the Adventure Zone and Farmers’ Market are scheduled to operate as usual. The front desk hours are as follows: PEAK SEASON: (15 December - 15 April & 1 July - 3 September) 09:00 to 23:00. SHOULDER SEASON: (4 September - 14 December & 16 April - 30 June): Sunday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00 and Friday/Saturday 09:00 to 23:00. After hours check-in is at the Blackcomb Lodge, at 4220 Gateway Dr. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book at this property. For group bookings, the cardholder and majority of the group must be at least 25 years of age. Children must stay in the accommodation booked by and with parents or guardians who are 25 years of age. Please note, 3rd party credit cards are not accepted without a credit card pre-authorisation form. If the form is not returned within 24 hours, the property has the right to cancel the reservation. Daily housekeeping is not provided. Each unit is equipped with adequate linens, towels, and toiletries for each stay. Please note, a security deposit of CAD $500 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
