I was in the city for work, found the Parkway online and thought it would a better idea than a hotel and I was right. It had everything I wanted and located right near stores and restaurants along Eglington Av. Parking in the rear is convenient and I felt the neighbourhood safe and secure. ...... I'll be back.

I like that everything is brand new. Lovely bathroom, kitchen and bed. I like that I can see the sky and the green and that it's only a 8 min walk to the Young metro st.
noise from other guests and unexpected activity from a local film crew,
no pets.
There is no extractor hood, so the hole room smells of food all the time. if you open the door to the radio, the smell from the burger bar next door comes in. The fridge is kind of noisy and woke me op most nights.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform The Parkway Place House in advance.
Guests arriving later than 8 PM must inform the property before 6 PM on the day of check in. An extra charge of CAD $15 per hour, for each hour after 9 PM until midnight, is applicable.
There is a security deposit that is 30% of the full amount due upon check-in.
On-site parking is available for CAD 10 per day.
Complimentary maid service is provided once a week. Additional maid service is available upon request.
Please note the property does not accept American Express. A Visa or MasterCard must be provided to secure the reservation.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guesthouse.
