  I almost don't want to talk about this hotel as I've been searching for a very long time for a good hotel from which to attend the Shaw Festival at Niagara on the Lake. This one has everything I want: a pleasant drive to the festival, great large room, nice balcony, excellent bathroom, great bed, tv that works and has a sufficiency of channels, an... what people say » d even a nice continental breakfast. And it's not expensive. It's a huge bonus for me that I can open the curtains and watch ships coming through the - The relaxing atmosphere and the view of the lock and the ships. The owners are friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a 5 star with all of the bells and whistles this isn't it but if you are looking for peace and quiet without looking out on an asphalt parking lot and listening to traffic this is it.

  room was great. We were there to attend Brock convocation. Wish we had more than one late night in the room. Quick check-in. Good location for anyone needing to be at Brock University for meetings/etc - The rooms, very spacious. The staff, super friendly.
