The hotel was of the excellent standard that you come to expect from Sheraton. The room was very comfortable and I had a rather lovely view which is always nice when you are travelling for business and dont have much time to explore!. ،I liked the staff and the size of the room and its quite hotel. Location easy to find. Nice rooms. Nice view. Friendly staff. Easy access to daily destinations.
all reviews » Confortable bedding. the club. The friendly staff, the shuttle service to the Skytrain, the lobby & restaurant are classy, close to amenities. We liked the stay and the swimming pool. Bed was very comfortable. view to the nature. Clean and orderly. Comfort. The WiFi is not free of charge. The breakfast is poor. Loud air conditioner/heater. Poor club lounge experience. When we got there, the key didn't work. The room was small and there was barely any food left. Was told to "come back later" didn't even use both coupons given for appy and breakfast. Buffet breakfast was excellent though. Rooms are abit dated.. Reservation staff on trhe second day were rude. Elevators are unsafe. Need to be renovated. Out of beverages on thé vendor machines. breakfast downstairs was better. Wifi wasn't free. No mini fridge, no free room wifi I need to come down to the lobby to get a free internet its not convenient, we have to pay $9/day for parking which cost us $27 dollars for 3 days. The staff at the check in was horrible, we felt like never book in Sheraton again. He messed up the entire booking and suggested that we will get a better treatment if we booked directly with Sheraton. However the female staff during check in and check out were extremely helpful and we felt a lot better after the stay. The air conditioner in the rooms were too noisy and kept us awake each time it came on. The shower was broken and we only got if fixed next day morning. Our carpet was wet when we checked in also there was no fridge.. I have stayed in many hotels and this was the first one that did not have a fridge may I ask why? Also I find it very uncomforting that you guys charge guests 9 bucks per day on wifi..even macdonalds had free wifi. What kind of 4 star hotel is this?. Too far from the city, and shuttle wasn't available after 9.30am -. Had to pay for music channrls and wifi. Told us our keys would be ready when we got back to our room.We were gone for a few hrs and returned and had to wait for them to make us one. Walls were thin could hear people breathing in next room.
