I stay here anytime I travel to St.John's. I was there in January when a huge snow storm came through. This was the time you won my heart, about 50 guest were storm stayed and the hotel rose above, we were all feed and treated like family with no extra cost to our bills. We had 3 wonderful meals and lots of laughs. I still can't believe the great service that was provided. Thank you so much for every time I enjoy my stay in your hotel, as long as I travel to St. John's this is were I will be st.
all reviews » The staff were so helpful and willing to please. Our suite was a bit of "home away from home", with very comfortable beds and always well maintained. The on-site restaurant has a nice variety to the menu, great food, good prices and hours of operation. We will definitely book our next stay in St. John's at the Ramada. Room was upgraded, which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Having an onsite restaurant was great. EXcellent, friendly staff in dining room and especially our room staff. They catered to us all week. Loved having a mini fridge in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable. Very cimfortable great sleep. Enjoy taking a bath.staff very nice. the room was really nice and spacious, comfortable beds. Nice casual atmosphere. Staff very friendly. It was comfortable. staff. The location. I booked online, and when I went to check out I had to pay. They said this was just to hold the room. I will be checking with my Visa company to make sure I was not charged twice. Parking was limited as they had other functions in their conference rooms on the last night. Not a lot of water pressure in the showers and maybe they should have a place to get some good drinking water to use in the coffee pots I had to buy two bottles of water in the vending machine and they weren't cheap lol. Tried using the enterence that was close to our room but the door key would not work to open it, always had to go all the way around to the main enterence. WE had no sound on our t.v. Price is too high for the quality. too expensive for what you received rooms and public areas tired an worn. My wife struggled with her bags on the stairs while staff waited The room was really hot, and the A/C machine was deafening The shower head was only about 5' high The entire hotel smell bad. No wireless in rooms 209 or 309, difficult to get a signal anywhere. Hotel seemed run down, main lobby/hallways need renovations. Limited AC. Very expensive for quality of hotel. The hotel is very out dated from the old orange couch,the striped wall paper and the ugly rug to the terrible looking cupboards. Someone has to spend some money on this dump.
