  The room was small but very comfortable. The colors in the room were muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly. Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the backside of the hotel so it was quiet. Room had recently been upgraded. -... what people say » They were very helpful, with regards to the area, and pointing us to what we needed. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  I really enjoyed the staff. Very accomendating and the lounge area was very nice. Got a chance to meet some interesting people and overall I enjoyed myself greatly. - 'Public' showers were pretty private. Comfortable patio served well-priced drinks until the early morning.   The location was great - it was a short walk to see the Niagara Falls, yet in a quiet enough location that wasn't too crowded with tourists. The entire cottage was well-kept and maintained. Muriel was wonderful as a host - she waited for us to arrive and promptly passed us the keys, taught us to operate the cooker, washing machine and heater. We drove to a nearby supermarket and got all we needed to cook breakfast and dinners for the - We were a group of four and we all had our own bed and bathrooms. Very cozy and fun to have total access to the house and all the amenities including laundry.
