  Staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. We had to stay an extra night (Saturday!) due to my wife's illness.We had to return to Texas very early the next morning (Aug 11). They took care of everything! Fabulous! People and attitude really are everything and the Lord Nelson has it in spades! - Clean, comfortable beds and rooms, friend... what people say » ly and helpful staff. We really appreciated the free high speed Internet service as well as the business centre. Close to Pier 21 which was where we were headed the next day. Just stayed overnight and did not eat at the restaurant.

  The nicest owners you could ever hope to meet! Helpful, accommodating, entertaining and more. We asked for a quiet room and we got a corner room on the top floor. It was lovely. Dated....yes...but clean, friendly, and enjoyable. The dining room looks enchanting.   The staff was excellent and would accomodate you in anyway you asked. When my aunts, uncles and cousins showed up unexpectedly for a visit, they let us use the breakfast room to visit in! They are very PET FRIENDLY! - Clean and fresh. Room A/C did what I asked it to and was quiet.

  my boyfriend and I loved the pool and our room. The bed was one of the comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept in. The employee who checked us in was very sweet as well. - The hotel was great, food was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable.
